1- Click this Link :

2- Choose Option Iqama No From List Same as show on picture.
3- Right Iqama No in Blank Box show in picture.
4- Select any one option in second below box and rite in blank box same required option.
5- Then click Check and see your exit reentry visa status. If you want print then right click on page then click print or take a picture with mobile and print.
